These offerings are usually made up of leaves and can be seen inside buildings and in the streets.

The coastal waters that surround Bali provide the foundation for most of its sports and outdoor activities. Most of the people in the beaches take place in water activities such as sailing snorkeling and swimming. Bali is also known as one of the best surfing destinations in the globe. Surfers from all over the world travel to Bali to experience the local waves.

There are roughly 3 million people in the island of Bali, excluding tourists, although that number is growing thanks to the booming economy of the island. The island is divided into 9 districts or 8 regencies and one municipality. These districts are divided into several sub districts and several villages. The capital city of Bali is Denpasar.
